Man arrested in Vernon Hills after allegedly leading police on 2 pursuits in Lake Villa, Antioch

A 21-year-old man allegedly led police on two vehicle pursuits in Lake Villa and Antioch before being later arrested in Vernon Hills, prosecutors said. Cole A.
