CHICAGO — A man is wanted by CPD for allegedly strangling and striking a Red Line rider with pliers Sunday. Police believe a man, approximately 30-35 years old wearing a white Bulls shirt and jeans, struck another man in the head with pliers after strangling him.

Police have made three arrests after suspects on six different occasions in the past three months stole merchandise from the Lululemon store in Lake Forest.
