CHICAGO — A Skokie man has been charged after he allegedly shot a 20-year-old woman in Norwood Park in November 2023.

According to the Chicago Police Department, officers responded to reports of a shooting on the 5600 block of North Austin Avenue in the city’s Norwood Park neighborhood on Nov. 18, 2023.
