In a recent response to concerns (see letter above) raised by a group of anti-gun attorneys general about the sale of ammunition to civilians, Mark Oliva, the Managing Director of Public Affairs for the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), strongly refuted the claims.

In an email to GunsAmerica, Oliva asserted that the attempt to ban the sale of ammunition produced at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant is a direct attack on the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding gun owners.
