CHICAGO — A man has been charged in the attack that critically injured a woman on Michigan Avenue.
Bruce Diamond, 52, is facing one felony count of aggravated battery with great bodily harm. Diamond, who police say did not know the victim, allegedly launched a 3-foot javelin-like log at the woman’s head Monday afternoon in the 600 block of N. Michigan Avenue.
