Police said a 16-year-old driver was “listening to a song about murder” Friday in St. Cloud, Minnesota, when he intentionally ran over a 70-year-old pedestrian who later died.

The suspect was ordered held at $2 million unconditional or $1 million conditional bail, NBC News said, adding that the judge ordered a competency examination.

It’s not immediately clear if Madimba has a lawyer.

The first-degree murder carries a life in prison sentence, the attorney’s office said.
