A Florida man is dead after an incident at his ex-girlfriend’s apartment turned violent.

Early on Saturday evening, the unnamed Florida man arrived at his ex-girlfriend’s residence at The Polos of Gainesville apartment complex, just a few miles from the campus of the University of Florida. While there, he “physically assaulted” the woman and then “fled,” a report from Gainesville PD said.
