Prosecutors say a woman, who had been driving in a car with her children, fired shots into another vehicle in Waukegan after spotting her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend in the vehicle.

Miriam J. Delgado, 20, of Waukegan, was charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm, two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and child endangerment.
